European chemical industry call for Brexit solution

Following the Brexit deal rejection by British MPs on 15 January, Cefic to which Petrochemicals Europe belongs urged policy-makers to find a solution in order to avoid uncertainty about the state of play after 29 March 2019. This lack of clarity means that companies cannot make decisions on production, investments and employment and could result in serious supply chain disruptions.
