Brexit: chemical Industry reiterates need to maintain smooth trade between EU and UK

On 25 February, the EU and UK chemical industry have outlined their priorities for a future partnership reacting to the formal approval of a new Brexit negotiation mandate by the EU General Affairs Council. The European and the British associations reiterate the need to keep trade in chemicals between the EU and UK as smooth as possible to ensure that the industry on both sides of the Channel continues to thrive, contribute to the economic growth and provide jobs.
