MMA classification

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) decided in March to classify Methyl methacrylate (MMA) as respiratory sensitizer category 1. The industry considers that this classification is not based on sound science. Therefore, the industry will reach out to all the stakeholders and authorities involved to avoid such a classification.
